Rostock Zoo

Rostock Zoo is worth visiting all year round. You can go on a discovery tour in the park, experience fascinating adventures and get close up with 1.700 animals in 250 species from all over the world.

Hedeby Viking Museum

In Viking times Hedeby (German: Haithabu) used to be one of the most important settlements in the north of Europe. The Hedeby Viking Museum near Schleswig exhibits numerous artefacts from archaeological excavations.
