Die STRANDHÖHE liegt nur drei Minuten vom breiten Grömitzer Südstrand entfernt und in der Nähe des modernen Yachthafens auf einem weitläufigen Gartengrundstück mit vielen Obstbäumen und Gehölzen. Die STRANDHÖHE besteht aus 3 separaten und abgeschlossenen Wohneinheiten mit je 100 qm Wohnfläche auf 2 Ebenen.
Die in allen Wohneinheiten identische Ausstattung im Einzelnen: Heller Eingangsflur, geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Eckcouch und großem Esstisch, Flachbild-TV, Stereoanlage, Telefon, separate moderne Küche, u. a. mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Backofen, 3 Schlafzimmer (5 exklusive Boxspringbetten für erholsamen Schlaf), Safe, Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschtisch und Dusche, separates Gäste-WC im EG, Südbalkone auf beiden Wohnebenen.
